Important
Information
• Reservations
for two or more nights require a 50% deposit
• Rates are for 1 or 2 people.
• Each additional person $10/night
• Children under 12 - Free
• Holiday and special event weekends require 2 night
minimum
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Smoking in the room will result in a $50 cleaning
fee charged to your credit card
• Pets accepted. $5 per night/pet. See Pet Policy.
• VT 9% room tax will be added
• We honor Discover, MC and VISA
• We require three days advance notice for cancellations.
Refund of deposit, less $15 administration fee
if cancellation made 3 days prior to arrival.
• Large groups or extended stays require thirty days
notice
• Cancellations with less than agreed upon notice will
not be accepted. The guest will be fully responsible
for the total amount of the reservation. Refund
will only be issued if room can be rented at same rate.
Unsold nights and variances remain the responsibility
of the guest.
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

About The Hillbrook
Motel
On Scenic Rt. 7A in Shaftsbury, VT, The Hillbrook Motel
sits on a hill 400 feet back from the highway. The
motel has 16 modern ground level units, each with a panoramic
view of Glastonbury Peak. We are situated between
historic Bennington
and the old resort community of Manchester. For more

Summer......70-80
Fall ............80-90
Winter........65-75

Pets Are Welcome!
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly lodging establishment and will
accept pets with responsible owners subject to our
pet policy.
Pet charge is $5.00 per night/pet, maximum 2 pets.
All damages caused by the pet will be billed to your
credit card at actual cost. Guests who pay cash may be
asked for a deposit.
We have compiled a few simple common sense rules regarding
pets at the Hillbrook Motel.
o Pets are not allowed on the bed or any other furniture.
o Pets must not be left un-attended inside the room
o When you walk your dog on the grounds, please pick
up after the pet. You can use the shovel & rake
and dispense it into the wooded area, or deposit
it into
the small garbage can.
o Pets must be kept on a leash and controlled at all
times when outside on the lawn.
o Pets must be clean, odor free, carry all current
inoculations and free of any infestations.
If, by your negligence, the room is soiled, we will
charge a cleaning fee of a minimum of $50.00 to
your account.
Damages will be charged at actual repair or replacement
cost.

Each room contains:

~ Microwave in all rooms
~ Rooms contain 2 Double beds or single Queen
~Four of the rooms have kitchenettes
About our Property
Five acres of open lawn contain our in-ground pool
and horse shoe pit. These are just a few of the many
activities our spacious yard can accommodate, making it ideal for reunions,
weddings, company picnics or any group/function. We welcome
all people to visit our location and see what it’s all
about.
Added amenities from September 15th through October
31st include a free continental breakfast, Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.,
which is held in our common area adjacent to the office.
Our cozy office is open 24 hours per day with free Green Mountain coffee. Snacks and refreshments are available as well.

Our
recently renovated pool is one of the largest in the Bennington
area. It measures 20 feet x 40 feet with
a full 8’ of patio area around the water where one
can relax in the chaise lounges or under the umbrella
at the
patio
table.
